An image of the Eiffel Tower, a tall tower atop four pillars, is at the center of this otherwise abstracted street scene in patches of red, yellow and blue. The patches of color seem to suggest movement, or blurring of the image. Down the center of the image, the Eiffel Tower seems to be reflected in a band of water, perhaps the River Seine, as if the image were taken from a moving boat or train.
