Margaret Lowers Abramshe
"Back Lot" started as a favorite family photograph of my Aunt Margaret Isabelle on a backlot in Hollywood during the roaring twenties. After surviving the 1918 flu pandemic, she pursued her dream of working in movies. Although she died just a few years after this photograph was taken, she appeared in minor roles and in a movie with Douglas Fairbanks.
