Embracing Our Values
August & September 2025
As part of Front Porch Gallery’s 20th anniversary year, we’re continuing the celebration with a special staff-created installation.
In 2023, employees from Front Porch—the senior living organization behind Front Porch Gallery— were invited to create art reflecting the values that guide their work: Connection, Collaboration, Inspiring Creativity, Building Trust, Leading Responsibly, and Embracing Change.
While not part of our formal exhibition series, this installation showcases the diverse talents and perspectives of Front Porch staff, offering a vibrant, personal look at what makes the company a unique and dynamic place to work.
We hope these images will inspire Front Porch Gallery visitors to reflect on the values that shape our shared community!
