Jessica McCracken is Senior Director for Creative Engagement for Front Porch Community Services. She previously worked with Institute on Aging holding Director positions with both Center for Elders and Youth in the Arts and the Adult Day Center where she developed programming for those living with Alzheimer’s disease. She holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from SFSU where she emphasized in Nonprofit Arts Management. Jessica is a highly skilled educator and program administrator who demonstrates a passion for the arts and a strong commitment to engaging others in its process. 

Andi Woolley is a dedicated art educator with a lifelong passion for helping people of all ages and abilities discover the transformative power of art. She has spent her career nurturing creativity and curiosity, firmly believing that art can change lives.

Her work developing art programs—and teaching art and vocational skills to adults with disabilities—has strengthened her commitment to accessibility and inclusivity in art education. These values continue to guide her as she steps into her new role at Front Porch Gallery.

Andi is excited to bring her experience and energy to the gallery and looks forward to making a meaningful impact in the community.

Jean Keane is the Program Manager at Front Porch Gallery, where she weaves together art, community, and creative aging. With over 30 years of leadership in real estate, wellness, and the arts, Jean brings both structure and soul to her work—creating spaces where people of all ages and abilities feel seen, inspired, and connected.

A lifelong community builder, Jean is also a painter and photographer whose work explores themes of belonging, beauty, and everyday moments. She frequently donates her art to organizations and causes close to her heart, using creativity as a way to give back and spark connection.

Whether she’s leading yoga for seniors, collaborating with artists, or mentoring volunteers, Jean brings a people-first spirit and a deep belief that art has the power to change how we see ourselves and each other.

Dual citizen of the U.S. and Ireland, Jean’s work reflects her global perspective and her local heart—grounded in Carlsbad, always reaching outward in connection.
