Writing As Art

Writing as Art: Express Your Creativity Through Words

Thursday, September 4, 2025
11:30AM - 1:30PM

Ready to add another dimension to your art practice? Join us for a 2-hour exploration of writing as creative expression.

Through guided exercises, you’ll allow your creativity to express in a new way—through your words. In this supportive, judgment-free environment, you’ll experiment with the written word through guided exercises, share your work aloud, and hear fellow artists’ pieces. You’ll learn practical writing tips to enhance both your written and visual expression. Enjoy the camaraderie from sharing your voice with others, and emerge with a deeper connection to your artistic voice. No writing experience is necessary, just curiosity and openness to creative discovery. a

Your guide, Andrea Susan Glass, is an award-winning ghostwriter, copy editor, and nonfiction book coach for first time authors. She’s the bestselling author of two books on writing and teaches for the University of California as well as through her online courses.
